Dick Clark, as most knew him, passed away at his home on July 14, 2010 surrounded by his family. He was born in Napa in 1937 & graduated from Napa High in 1955. His survivors include his wife Sandra; son, Paul & wife Bonnie of Temecula, grandson Paul Magnus of Norway; daughter Cynthia Edwards, husband Scott, grandchildren Kelly, Summer and Bridgette of Redding. He loved being the "extra Dad" to Chris Westberg of Redding, Karen & Jerry Zachry, grandchildren Scott & Katie of Napa; Susan & Chuck Bashaw, grandchildren Joseph & Carissa with great grandson Jason of Folsom; Lois & Ben Borelli, grandchildren Kyle & Alex of Drewsey, OR. Barry, as his family knew him, was in sales all his life. Here in Redding you saw him at Sears and Redding Counter Tops. His biggest joy was having a boat and being on many lakes from Lake Havasu to Shasta. He was a member of Redd ing Elks Lodge #1073 and spent many adventures with his 5th wheel up and down the western states with his wife, dogs and the Redding Traildusters RV group. He loved sports all his life, both playing softball, racket ball and golf . He will be missed by many friends along with his humor & enjoyment of helping others. He worshiped his Lord at Trinity Lutheran church where their will be a "Celebration of Life" on July 20 at 1 p.m. Come and share a memory with friends and family.
