Born in San Diego, California, "Andy" succumbed to ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease) at the age of 55 in Anderson, California. Andy spent his career as an aircraft machinist/mechanic, but his real love was creating and painting custom motorcycles and cars. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Milton O. Mills and Dorothy E. Mills, he is survived by sister Ellen L. Loftus, brother and sister-in-law Mitchell A. Mills and Kathleen L. Mills, sister and brother-in-law Nancy R. Clark and William E. Clark, and nieces Karmen R. Mills, and Jenny L. Moreno. Services will be private.
